Opus 2 can indent and italicize documents that sit directly underneath a parent document if you wish to have a visual representation of relationships between documents. 


You need to populate the Parent_ID field within the loadfile so that the child documents have the same ID as the parent. We suggest that you use the Disclosure/Document ID of the parent document to populate the parent ID column: 



In the example above, the emails would be the parent document whilst the attachments are the child documents and so sit directly beneath the parent document. These child documents have the same Parent ID as the Parent and so will indent and italicize in the document index as they sit directly beneath the parent.



Assigning the Document/disclosure ID of the parent document to everything within the family allows you to search using the parent ID and then get the whole family included in the search results.
