Exports seemingly unresponsive

After ensuring you still have an active internet connection and you are using Google Chrome to access Opus 2, it may be that your browser is blocking pop-ups which need to be uninhibited to export files. Any exports of small enough size are performed on the page they’re initiated (as opposed to opening a new tab with the Export Manager). To stop Google Chrome from blocking pop-ups, export a document via the documents page by right clicking on the title and selecting ‘Export’, then by selecting ‘Export’ again on the dialogue box that appears. After a few moments you should then see the below in the top right-hand corner of Google Chrome:


Once this has appeared, please select the icon with the small red cross box and the below should then appear. 


Select Always allow pop ups from… and then select Done. then refresh your browser and try to export again. The document should now immediately download.
