I’ve made notes to myself – can I share notes en masse?
To share multiple notes at once, open the notes page, use the filter options on the left to exclude any notes that you do not want to share. Of the remaining notes, un-tick the entries/dates for any that also should not be shared:
Now that you have only the notes you wish to share ticked, click on Tools in the top-right and select Share:
On the dialog box that appears, simply select the user/users that you want to share the notes with and click Share Notes in the lower-right of the box. The notes will then be shared with the specified individuals.
