Summary
The Clipboard tool is available within a document or transcript and allows users to copy text from highlighted passages on an individual basis.
Document will need to be text searchable (OCR'd) to allow text to be copied.

Guidance
1. Highlight Text - Click and drag your mouse over a section of text and the Annotation box should appear.
2. Open Clipboard Tool - Within the Annotation box, select the Clipboard icon in the bottom left to open the Clipboard tool (red underlined in screenshot).
3. Copy Text - Copy the text from the Clipboard tool in one of two ways, allowing you to paste as plain text to a different location as needed.
a. Highlight the relevant text and right click > Copy or CTRL + C on your keyboard as standard.
b. Press Copy - You can include additional formatting:
i. Document - In doing so you can tick 'Include Doc. Name' and/or 'Include Pagination' to also include the relevant values when pasting the data.
ii. Transcript - In doing so you can tick to include:
- Formatted: Paste as formatted or plain text
- Line numbers: Paste with or without line numbers
- Page numbers on all lines: Paste with or without page numbers on all lines or just the first line
- Include Doc. Name: Paste with or without the name of the transcript
